Hi... I am not a inventer nor do I have the drawing skills..... I have ideas that would change the world I believe and they would all work together...... How would I put these thoughts together then draw them up and patent the ideas.... I would like to draw them then put them up on the internet for the world to start applying the concept...

I wont disclose the main invention but it will include a sea aquarium,  a rain maker that turns ocean water into rain while generating electricity.. A air purifying system that will go to each city truck mounted and clean the smog and pollution in the air. a solar city running of harvested light. There is more but the general idea is to draw it up and post it publicly... Any suggestions of feedback? Thank you for your time...
