Hello everyone,

I am trying to download the latest SP3 and therefore I have to online register my 2015-2016 Student of SW2015. I enter my email address then the serial number and it returns with "invalid serial number" . I have verified the number multiple times to make sure I enter it correctly.

Does any one know of any solution to this problem?
