Newbie here, so if the hole table does not include holes that intersect other faces how does one include that hole to the count at least?

I have 4 bores of the same size and depth one breaks through a CB of another hole so is not included in the hole table?? Seems kind of silly to me it is the same type of hole, do I have to dimension that one separately? Just wondering........
