The new features in lofted-bend with the options for bending is what i have been waiting for.

But the Solid Works principle to make the lofted-bend from square to circular in one piece

with one seam is not practical in reality.

Manufacturing a lofted-bend from square to circular is normally made in four pieces

and then weld together in each corner.

I can make just one side of the lofted-bend and make a complete sheet-metal piece in the assembly instead.

But here i noticed a problem with the part in the corner were all the bendlines meet.

I attach the part so you can see wath i mean.

Any solutions for this issue?
