Hello community. We are running into issues with some new Dell laptops (Dell 14 plus DB14250) we have purchased. These have an intel Ultra 9 processor and Intel Arc 140V GPUs, but Solidworks 20204 SP5.0 doesn't properly utilise them and falls back to software openGL unless we start through solidworks RX > "Launch while bypassing tools/options settings" option. 

Are there any plans to support this GPU in the near future? Will we need to update to 2025 versions? Has Dassault announced anything about this problem?
