When I try to update 3DEXPERIENCE Hotfix 2.6, the launcher starts (according to the pop up message at the bottomright corner), but nothing happens.
In the 3DS environment it shows "Istallation Error"

The page warns me that I have only 9 days left to update....

Does anyone please have a solution?
