I previously had SW 2011 installed on my home computer. I have 2012 at work. I bought a new home computer. I removed the license from my old home computer and uninstlled the program. Now I am trying to install 2012 SP 4.0 on my new home computer. I used the method of manually down loading files. When I install I get the attached message mentioning Error 1772 and another dialog box saying "unknown Error 9". The installation is then undone. Can you help me finish this installation.
