Hi

I'm trying to install soldiworks 2013 sp 3.0 on my new laptop running windows 8.1 using a serial number from my university. I've download the solid works setup and entered the serial number with no problem but when the installation manager tries to download the installation files it show this message:

Could not connect to the SolidWorks server to determine which products you are entitled to install.

Check the Internet connection and click retry if this is a temporary problem. Otherwise, you may continue without the connection if you have installation source files available on your computer already.

I've tried turning the firewalls off on my antivirus and the windows fire walls but no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
