I have SW 2016 and I uninstalled SW 2017.

If I try to uninstall or modify 2016, the Manager does not respond.

If I try to install 2017 Manager does not respond.

In both instances, the list of options is shown and the only operational button is "Cancel"

I have reset IE settings. I have check registry for improperly named folders.
