I am new to installation & administration of SolidWorks and need to build an administrative image.

Do I have to install the image on the server (to install to clients ) or can I install on a network drive?

ie:  G:\\SolidWorks Admin\\SolidWorks2012_SP4 ?

The default dialog places the client on the c:\\
