Trying to log in to SolidWorks Vault but I'm getting the error

The program and the file vault are of incompatible versions

Client version installed: 17.3.0

Server version installed: 16.5.0

I think I need to install server version 17.3.0 but am unsure how to do so.

I've tried uninstalling SOLIDWORKS PDM Server and SOLIDWORKS Workgroup PDM Server 2017 SP03 and reinstalling but no luck.

In the installation manager under Server products SOLIDWORKS PDM Server, SOLIDWORKS Workgroup PDM Server, SolidNetWork License Manager is all already installed.

Any idea how to fix this?
