I am having trouble getting an inspection bubble to encompass the entire callout on a part.  The callout is a hole callout that text has been added to.  When i select it as an inspection dimension only the hole callout is encomapassed with the inspection bubble but the text that i added is not?  Why is this, and is there a way to avoid this without having to manually add a note and putting a border around it?  I attached a picture for reference.  Thanks.
