When I open a new drawing, it just sits there waiting for my next command - which would usually be Insert, Drawing View, Model. SW always used to go into this command by default. Somehow this option got turned off. How do I turn it back on? I don't see anything in the list of drawing options.

Assuming I solve this problem, how do I get SW to place multiple orthogonal views with multiple clicks? This is another option that has sometimes disappeared for me.
