I have an assembly, All planes are aligned The ASSY Top to FIrst Sub Assy Top, Right to Right, Front to Front..

I want to insert a NEW part. I select the Top Level Assy Right plane to start it on, yet its planes are not oriented  the same.

How do I fix this?
