Long time ago someone explained differences between these two, I want to refer it again but I couldn’t find out that thread in the search web page, perhaps it might be explained under different title.

In my view Save Bodies will save already multiple part into individual separate part file. “Insert into New Part” command will make a part into multiple body and save it into an individual separate part file.   

Is there any other differences?
