Hi everyone,

We’re currently running a SOLIDWORKS PDM environment supporting around 870 users, distributed across 3 Archive Servers and 1 SQL Database Server. Here's how the users are currently assigned:

• Archive Server 1: 361 users

• Archive Server 2: 385 users

• Archive Server 3: 125 users

All servers have similar hardware configurations, but we’ve noticed that Archive Servers 1 and 2 are significantly slower than Server 3. We're trying to understand whether this slowness is due to the higher user load on those servers, or if there might be other factors at play.

Would it make sense to add a 4th Archive Server to help distribute the load more evenly?

Any insights, recommendations, or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!
