SolidWorks 2014 x64 SP 5.0

I have a macro which inserts a BOM into an assembly, reads it, and deletes the BOM. The trouble I am having is that when I insert an Indented BOM, the weldments in my assembly have children showing, obviously the cut-list items. I'd like to hide these components, but there is no options in the configuration properties within the weldment to "Hide Children" like there is in an assembly.

Am I missing a setting somewhere, or am I out of luck?
