SolidWorks 2024 SP5 

When I create a Detail View and place a balloon, it immediately shows '???' — it has no connection to the BOM.
 

After placing the weld symbol to the contour, it loses the connection after saving and rebuilding.
The same happens with notes.

I deleted the view, created it again, repeated the process several times — the issue remains the same.
