We have a process that releases ECRs (Engineering Change Requests), and upon release are sent to 'another folder' that is seemingly nonexistent.

Actions:

1. ECR 123 was in the released state. I did an administrator move in order to edit a field that was left blank
2. Once in the final review state, I update the field (impact description)
3. Saved, sent to next stage to release
4. Pop up occured (new), stated that the ECR would be moved to a 'Program X' folder.
5. Once released, I check the Program X folder as well as Program Y where its supposed to be
6. ECR is completely gone. I checked permissions, subfolders, if I had filters on, ect. 

Some points that in my investigation I found that could have contributed. 

1. Multiple disabled outputs at the transition stage where the error occured
2. Use of 'Manage Stages (Administration Only)'
