I am putting together some documentation to create training within our company. I want to do some refresher training for those that don't use SW as often as well. I am hoping someone may have already tried this at their company and would be willing to share how they accomplished this or the documentation they used.

I plan to use the essentials training book for new user training, but a refresher is much different. I don't want to use portion of the essentials book, I am looking for something more custom. I am curious how others may have approached this.
