In a drawing how can I relate two dimensions to each other i e display pipe length in terms of pipe diameters

Hey,

I am trying to relate dimensions in a drawing to each other. Note that this is in an actual SolidWorks drawing, not a sketch where you'd just use the equation manager.

I am trying to display A as 5*B. An example is displaying the pipe length in terms of pipe diameters. Can this be done in SolidWorks?
