improving the SNL manager experence

Any thought on improving the customer experience when it comes to the current SNL manager ?

  • Borrowing a license and returning a license is a real headache

               if something goes wrong with the process, usually TS has to send out a homegrown fix utility

    

  • Generating SNL options files is still a manual process

  • Generate reports for the CAD admin so that licenses can easily be tracked and managed
