"Improve Accuracy for bonding independent mesh" error message

I've been running a random vibration FEA simulation and it hasn't exactly been agreeing with me to say the least. However, I've gotten it a bit more fine tuned and gotten the simulation to present the max stress to be around 50ksi. I tried tweaking it a bit more to get that value lower. I removed some local connections in the assembly and now when I run the simulation, an error message is presented that reads "Please turn on the following option and rerun the program: Improve accuracy for bonding independent mesh (slower)". From what I've found online, this setting doesn't apply to random vibration studies and I haven't been able to get past this message after meddling with every setting and feature. The assembly has dozens of parts with local connections between any needed interactions. There is a remote load applied to some part surfaces, fixed parts to constrain the assembly, some modal damping, as well as a base excitation in all 3 dimensions. I am using a curvature based mesh at nodes but I have tried changing the type of mesh / fineness of the mesh. I also have some mesh controls for critical areas.

If anyone could aid me in getting past this issue it would be much appreciated as I haven't found anyone encounter this.
