New to SW and only using it till I can get something useful into Pro since that's our production system. Long time Pro user but Pro cannot do point files. I can have some quite large point files with thousands of points.

I found macros to convert x,y or x,y,z excel files to a curve but having trouble creating geometry from the resulting curve.

Ultimately I have to get to a Pro part sooner or later.

Can some one educate me on the the best way to get from a 2D point file to a revolved solid part I can get into Pro written for a newbie please?

I have tried the help files but some of this not even sure how to word my search?
