This was working before but now for some reason it is now. I do 3d panel layouts in solidworks 3d, Make a drawing with some dimensions in it. Save it as dwg. Then use "import block" in solidworks electrical to just drop it on a page. However for some reason it is scaling all the dimensions and I have no idea why....
