I have a problem where  a rotating part has flown away and hit an aluminium cover therby deforming it like a mountain. What simulation should I run for this? I need to calculate the force with which it has hit so it created a displacement. I went to site and noted that the mountaneous part was having a peak at 60mm from base part. Should I use displacemnt in the type of loading ?
