my 2016-2017 sdk expired so i'm trying to renew it for class. i have the 2017-2018 sdk but i'm having the issue of not receiving the new 24 character number. i tried using my old one just in case but it doesn't work. its been about 3 weeks since i sent the first request but nothing. i'm the only 1 in class currently in the solid works class that has this problem of renewing our license.
