I'm sure everyone who has downloaded 2010 has read through the EULA (not sure what that stands for. It's you agreeing to SW conditions of use). Just for fun I thought I'd browse through it. I noticed that it states SW should not be used for designing nuclear plants or aeroplanes. I would have thought the Wright brothers could have found it handy. Then again they may never have got off the ground. I take it this is a tacit acknowledgement that the software is too unreliable to be used in these industries. SolidWorks disclaimers on stuff like FEA should be also read and given careful thought if you are using the software for things other than designing canary cages, sand boards or toasters.
