How do I identify what exactly is being referenced when I have an existing dimension in a model?

In the attached image, I've got two dimensions relating to something in the middle of the part. Can't figure out what the leaders are actually attached to.

It almost looks like they're dangling, but they're black while dangling dimensions usually have a different color.
