When I visit the Ideas area of the forum I am experiencing the following "quirks" in the navigation. Are others seeing similar behavior or is it just my browser?

When I click the next button to load the next page, that page loads and places the view at the BOTTOM of the list instead of the top.

After viewing any Ideas entry, the back button returns me to page 1 of the Ideas forum regardless of what page I was on previously.
