I am looking to build a new system around an i7 processor. Itseems that every motherboard I look at can only support up to 12GB(with future 4GB DDR3 modules). I would like to have the option toinstall more memory or, at the very least, to go to 12GB today with2GB modules.

The only company I've been able to identify that has motherboardswith larger memory capacity is Supermicro:

Any thoughts on these?
Any suggestions on where else to look?

The reason, for wanting more memory is that FloWorks is muchhappier with lots more memory, particularly if you want to run lotsof batch simulations over a weekend.
