I had a simple Cam assembly and was able to rotate the cam and have the followers move appropriately when I created it last week as an assignment

I saved the Assembly and now when I just reopened the file I cannot get the cam to rotate and I see no changes in the mates?

Did I loose something when saving, or what may have changed ?
