We originally designed this part in an old 2d system.  It is formed using 13ga SS.  I have been given the task to update it to solidworks.  I created the basic wire frame of the inside of the part.  I can create it as a part, but not a sheet metal part.  I have tried converting my part to Sheet Metal but errors.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
