I'm near deployment of 2018 SP2. Should I push SP3?

It's complicated, LOL. I have a lengthy corporate process I must follow in order to get software loaded onto engineers PCs. I can't just use native Solidworks admin tools to deploy software. After I download and test, I build images and send to a networking rep who packages the images, then pushes them down to all the clients at 4 different locations - using our own corporate deployment (IBM BigFix) software. We are also using our VAR to migrate to a new database and license servers at this time. So SP2 is in the networking rep's hands. And he's about to begin to push SP2 to all of our PCs. Users are still on Windows 7. Only 1 or 2 users now have Windows 10.

So the big question: Is there a "showstopper" reason why I should deploy SP3 and not SP2?

We use:

Solidworks Mechanical

Solidworks Electrical Schematic (not really, LOL)

Solidworks PDM Pro

Solidworks Visualize
