I installed it and it opened fine, but after a few weeks—when I went back to use it again—I simply couldn't get it to open. It starts to "load resources" and then closes about 2 seconds after I try to launch it. I’ve already tried almost everything; I’m worried that if I reformat my PC for a clean install, I might lose my license. I’m new here—could someone please help me?
