I have two surfaces and a paste (gel) in between. One surface is pushed towards the other surface.

Let's say there is a drop of a paste (gel) on a plate (bottom plate), pressure is exerted on top of the drop by moving the top plate towards the bottom plate. With this movement, the drop will start to squeeze out from the sides. How can I simulate this with solidworks?! Are there tutorials that can help me?
