I have designed a pump that has a moveable handle (rotates).  When I place this assembly into a larger assembly, the moveable handle becomes fixed for some reason and no longer rotates.  I cannot find how to fix this.  Makes it difficult when I go to simulation and nothing moves!!  Thanks!
