I am working on trying to make a set of molds for an investment casting and can't get anything to work. I've made simpler molds before, but I am unable to get the tooling split to occur in this piece. I've come at it from a bunch of different direction but nothing seems to work. I'm reaching out for any help you all might be able to offer. I've attached a couple files indicating my train of thought on where to put the separate mold toolings. In the pictures I've pointed out where the undercuts are that make it difficult to actually get a solid core out that I could possibly split into pieces to make a workable core.
