I downloaded the student software and your system never emailed me a serial number to access the software.I removed the software and redownloaded it. Did not receive the serial number again.

Here is the process I followed:

I used the SDK-ID provided by our professor, filled out the required fields including me email. The site gave me a link to download the software and a message saying I would receive a serial number in an email. After I downloaded the setup file I started installing the software on my computer. At the beginning of the install process it asks for that serial number.
