We have completed extensive diagnostics.

• 3DEXPERIENCE Launcher is installed and correctly registered to our tenant.
• Roles are assigned successfully.
• The launcher configuration is present and points to our tenant.
• However, the Compass only contains Design with SOLIDWORKS, SOLIDWORKS Add-in, Inspection and Visualize.
• The SOLIDWORKS Design installation application is not available.
• Launching Design with SOLIDWORKS results in "No compatible SOLIDWORKS version found."

Can somebody help me with this problem?
