I have used the old Cadkey 99 for over 15 years. I briefly worked with Inventor before leaving to start my own company. They guys I partnered with already had Solidworks so I agreed to learn it. Cadkey was very easy to self teach. Even Inventor was easy top pick up with some help. Now I sit at my desk thinking I can self teach Solidworks with no help and I AM WRONG! I am a start-up that cannot afford to get to classes at the moment. I have don't many tutorials with success, and even purchased the "Solidworks Bible". But getting my files set up and custom drawing formats saved have escaped me completely. I believe that I am not an idiot so this is really killing me. If anyone, or many, could please point me in the right direction I would be very much in your debt. Thanks for your time!
