I am getting an error while converting to dwg format . (SW 2017 SP5)

Solid detail file have 3 pages , if I am jumping to next pages always annotation update option is coming also after opening dwg file dowel symbols are spreading everywhere. Please support me to close the loop as soon as possible,i'm tried the same problem in SW 2018 SP4 but no  positive out come.
