I am drawing crescent shapes with the same radius arcs but the distance between the midpoints are different narrow and wide crescents how do I change these dimensions

Hi.

I am drawing counterweights for an etch, the inner and outer arcs have set radii, but the ditances between the midpoints of the arcs varies, 1 crescent is narrow, 1 is wide. How do I change this distance?

When using smart dimension, it doesn't pic this difference.

This is what I am trying to replicate, counterweights on these wheel, the arcs are the same only the distances (11 1/8" vs 8") differs:
