Just got email from my IT guy, that he got from our VAR:

Dassault Systemes are now phasing out the HULs with some key dates shown below

• Effective May 1^st 2019, SOLIDWORKS will not issue any new HULs
• Effective October 4^th 2019, existing HULs will be phased out.

Just in case anyone uses one.
