Lets say a capable assembly person has a few hundred hardware configurations to put together.

This is the current process:

Place the washer on the bolt - head side.

Place the bolt through the hole.

Place the washer on the bolt – nut side.

Hand tighten the nut onto the bolt.

Hold the head still with a wrench.

Torque down the nut with another wrench.
