I would like to import  .PNG file to the front plane in Solid Works to craft my sketch after.  I am very new to Solid Works and have no idea how to do this.  I found a tutorial, but they used tools > sketch tools and I could not find that in Solid Works 2016.  Sorry for the noobish question, thanks!
