Hello,

Me along with a team of students are designing a satellite to study space radiation effects at McMaster U.

I am given the task of designing and figuring out the manufacturing of a thin walled pressure vessel made of 6061-T6 Stress Strain Aluminium

I am a bit confused on designing an efficient mold (to build a prototype out of) for the vessel. I have never really had experience with Mold Tools before.

Attached is a picture of the 3D model which I am talking about.

I would greatly appreciate any help!
