Hello Forum,

Starters, I am using my licensed 2014 copy of SW for this project. I want to create a 3" diameter by .75" deep hydraulic press tool (Form Tool) with a radius edge to press down into a piece of 14G 0.0747" MS sheet that will have a predetermined hole in it. The goal is to create a circular flange around the 3" hole for added strength and stiffness. I have made the press tool and saved it in my press tool library. I have created a sheet metal flat sample with a specified hole in it. I cannot get the press tool operation to form the flange.

Any suggestions?
