Hello,

I try to insert a custom annotations view, defined in a part document, into a drawing. I use the CreateDrawViewFromModelView function for that but it doesn't create the drawing view. Of course it works fine with standard views ("*Top", "*Front", ...).

I also tried to rename my custom view (in the part document) with a 'standard' name (e.g. "*Trimetric") : it works fine but it is the real Trimetric view that is inserted in my drawing document, not my renamed custom view.

So, I wonder if it is really possible to use custom annotation views? If it is, how to do it ? Is it a matter of solidworks options setting?
