I've just upgraded to 2014 SP1 and can't switch off view labels.  I've discovered thet option that seems to be causing the problem is in Options > Document Properties > Views > Other.  Despite the fact that the "Add view label on view creation" is not ticked, when bringing any kind of view into a drawing and subsequntly changing the scale the label appears even though the option is switched off!  As I don't want the scale label in my drawings but often change the scale this is going to be an annoying extra process to have to keep deleting the label on all my views.

Has anyone come across this or more importantly come up with a solution?
